2.71 flash (no ms emulation) was broken for SE in devhook for 2.71.
This fixes that bug. copy the dh and PSP folder to your memstick and you are done.

Remember that 2.71 flash and 2.71 emulation cannot be at the same time.
When you want 2.71 emulation instead of direct 2.71, rename the file msreboot.bin to something else, and the file
msreboot_original.bin to msreboot.bin.

(This only aplies to 2.71 emulation, the rest of firmwares emulation will work with whatever msreboot.bin)

devhook 0.45 is included. If you wanna use devhook 0.46, replace the prx's at dh/kd by those from
devhook 0.46 (no need to replace the launcher in /PSP/GAME/)

UPDATE: now it has the problem of the error 0x8002012D fixed, but you have to update it
with the new file dh/kd/systemctrl_dh4se.

Also notice that when devhook is running, the true core of SE-B is not in memory.
Instead, only a mini-core that do the patch to the flash driver to allow devhook run on SE,
and another that lets the execution of unsigned code (with 2.71 kernel always).

1.50 homebrew, iso from xmb, display of game150 and game271, etc don't apply here
